Spencer van der Werf
Spencer founded Brown Consult in 2022 to offer director-level estates expertise to organisations that value a more personal, flexible approach.
With over 25 years’ experience leading estates, capital projects, and facilities teams across education, commercial, and public sectors, Spencer combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery.
His background includes senior roles at Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South, GSM London, London South Bank University, Ecovert FM, and Kier Group where he built a reputation for clarity, collaboration, and results.
Managing Director
Kirsteen joined Brown Consult in 2024 as Bid & Marketing Coordinator, bringing a fresh perspective and a keen eye for detail to our communications and client engagements.
With several years’ experience in the built environment sector, she supports the development of proposals and marketing materials that reflect our values of clarity, quality, and partnership.
Outside of work, Kirsteen enjoys keeping active through walking, swimming, and cycling and can often be found experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
