Contract Administration

Our contract administration services aim to facilitate smooth and successful project delivery by ensuring clear communication, effective documentation and strong relationships between clients and contractors. 

 

We oversee the contract between clients and contractors from the start of the project until the end of the liability period.  We have a wealth of experience in contract administration, working with various standard construction contracts such as NEC and JCT.

Surveys

Condition Surveys

Our team of experts can conduct comprehensive condition surveys to evaluate and record the state of your built assets.  Whether you need condition surveys for general due diligence, for estate wide planned preventative maintenance or to establish a baseline for new works, we can help you. We follow all the relevant guidelines and use the most advanced technology and methods.

 

We produce condition data reports based on the surveys we conduct to evaluate and record the state of your built assets.  Our Condition Reports are prepared by RICS surveyors and give an impartial opinion on the condition of the property at the time of inspection. Measured Building Surveys

Our survey services include various 2D and 3D output options, as well as the ability to view and measure laser scan data through panoramic point-cloud viewers for remote access.  We also provide Measured Building Survey data in a BIM-compatible format (Scan to BIM) and offer BIM Consultancy to help you find the best and most cost-effective BIM solutions for your project lifecycle.
